Introduction
Vasily Moritzarov was born in Vladivostok, USSR in 1937. Raised in the bleak days of World War 2, he survived where several of his siblings do not. He learned to survive and persevere. Ultimately, he left Vladivostok in 1953, enlisting in the Soviet Navy. He progressed up to the rank of Starshina, 1st Class (a mid-level petty officer), before meeting a woman while on shore leave in Yugoslavia in 1965.

This was no romantic meeting - they met during a bar brawl, in which the giant Vasily conducted himself exceptionally well, displaying excellent hand to hand skills and a savagery in combat that appealed to the woman, Irena Krejic. She was a Brujah vampire, a follower of the Path of the Feral Heart, and she persuaded Vasily to abandon his post, and abscond with her in Yugoslavia. There, she soon embraced him and taught him the ways of her philosophy.

Vasily soon gained influence in the secret police, and used the brutality of the Tito regime to cover up his explorations of his bestial side. When the direction of the political winds changed, Vasily changed with it. He had no use for political machinations outside of a cover for his bestial explorations, so he was content to go along in the Yugoslav Wars and relish in the primal nature he could explore then.

When stability returned to the region eventually, Vasily found the increasing law and order - and an increasing order in the Kindred climate - to be causing him difficulty. For several years, he stowed away on ships, travelling port-to-port, moving when his deeds drew the attention of local vampires or humans, or when he tired of once place. His random drifting led him to Los Angeles, though the strict vampiric control in the area prompted him to have to bid a hasty retreat. He drifted randomly to Prospect, a city torn between Sabbat and Camarilla. The sort of city that offers possibly fertile grounds for him to inhabit.

Stereotypes
My kind...

Camarilla They ignore their true natures, in favour of titles and manners that remain from their human days. It is contemptible, how they cling to that humanity.

Sabbat Their state is unnatural - rituals perverting the true nature of the Beast. They may not cling to their humanity, but they try to become something else, something unnatural.

Independent The avoidance of politics is the true way of our natures.

Ghoul2 Sometimes a predator benefits from a fallow prey, to help maintain appearances.

Others...
Changeling I've heard rumours of these, but do not know them.

Werewolf I have dealt with these repeatedly in Europe. They are fearsome opponents and hold true to their predatory natures. Provided enough territory and prey, I see no reason to raise trouble with them.

Mage Prey. Humans who are a little more impressive, but who are humans nonetheless.

Wraith2 This should be troubling, but if killing humans led to problems with these, I would probably already be destroyed.

Mortal Prey. Unimpressive, for the most part, but necessary for us to exist.

Demon I have heard rumours of these. I do not care, so long as they don't trouble me.
