"I am Dragomir Nicholas Mihailovich, known as Eye of the Storm. Elder born on two legs beneath the half moon, Silver Fang of Clan Crescent Moon. I am the son of Nicholas Mihailovich, son of Michael Mihailovich - known as Frozen Night, son of Nicholas Mikhailovich II, son of Michael Mikhailovich - known as Falcon's Beak, son of Nicholas Mikhailovich - known The Frozen Death, son of Michael Nocolavich, son of Nicholas I, known as Zheleznaya Gora. I am the Alpha of Legend's Guardians, the Master of Challenge and the Silver Fang Tribe Leader for the Sept of the Enduring Spirit."

Eye of the Storm has challenged for the Sept Leadership position and won.

When Dragomir first came to the Sept of the Enduring Spirit he appeared in his thirties, just a few years ago. Now though, he appears to be about twenty to twenty-five years older, and more resembles his Father.
